• You are responsible for complying with all applicable tax, reporting and legal obligations.

SUUPER is a digital asset operating on the Ethereum blockchain. The token is designed to interact with the SUUPER Protocol ecosystem and its associated utilities. Nothing on the website should be interpreted as a promise of profit, guaranteed appreciation or a guaranteed return.

The SUUPER presale is subject to the terms, conditions and mechanics implemented by the official presale smart contract. Presale participation requires the investor to understand the applicable purchase process, supported payment assets, network requirements and transaction conditions.

Presale tokens are delivered according to the presale contract rules. Unless otherwise stated in the official protocol documentation, purchased presale tokens are not subject to a traditional time-based vesting schedule. Blockchain transactions are final and may not be reversible.

Nothing on the SUUPER Protocol website, whitepaper, social channels or ecosystem products constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax or other professional advice. You should conduct your own research and consult an appropriately qualified professional before making financial decisions.

Participation in cryptocurrency and decentralized finance involves significant risks. These risks include, but are not limited to:

• A positive token rebase can increase token quantity but does not guarantee an increase in market value.
• Rebase outcomes and any implied APY are not guaranteed and depend on smart contract parameters and actual execution.

• Liquidity may change over time and may affect your ability to buy or sell tokens at expected prices.

• Regulatory requirements affecting cryptocurrency and decentralized finance may change.
• You may lose some or all of the assets you use to participate in the protocol.

You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, private keys, seed phrases, passwords and other credentials used to access your digital assets.

SUUPER Protocol will never ask you to provide your private key or seed phrase. Transactions signed through your wallet are your responsibility and blockchain transactions may be irreversible.

Blockchain transactions and token purchases are generally irreversible. Unless expressly required by applicable law or stated otherwise in an official protocol agreement, SUUPER Protocol does not provide refunds for completed blockchain transactions or token purchases.

The SUUPER website, ecosystem products and related services may be modified, suspended, interrupted or discontinued at any time. We do not guarantee that any service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

Unless otherwise stated, the SUUPER Protocol website, branding, graphics, written content, software and other materials are owned by or licensed to SUUPER Protocol. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially exploit protected materials without appropriate authorization.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SUUPER Protocol and its contributors shall not be liable for losses arising from cryptocurrency price movements, blockchain failures, smart contract vulnerabilities, wallet compromises, third-party services, network conditions, regulatory changes or other risks associated with decentralized assets and services.

The SUUPER ecosystem may link to or interact with third-party websites, wallets, exchanges, blockchain networks, decentralized applications and other services. These services are independently operated and may have their own terms, risks and privacy policies. SUUPER Protocol does not control or guarantee the availability, security or accuracy of third-party services.

You are responsible for determining whether acquiring, holding, using or transferring SUUPER is permitted in your jurisdiction. You must comply with applicable laws, regulations, sanctions, tax requirements and reporting obligations.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time to reflect changes to the protocol, ecosystem, services or applicable legal requirements. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
